Dr. Arvid Edward | Medical Director
Hailing from Cincinnati Ohio, Dr. Arvid Edward is a graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine with over twenty-five years of experience as a practicing veterinarian.
In 2003, Dr. Edward was recognized in Los Angeles, California, by the Parent Involvement in Education Foundation and received an award for "Practicing the Highest Standards of Veterinary Medicine and Outstanding Service" to the community.
Above and beyond his experience as a practicing veterinarian, Dr. Edward is also an actor with a starring role in the kid's television show, "The Dooley and Pals Show". He has also appeared in numerous Disney ads and commercials; A Walt Disney World print work spread for Ebony magazine, a national Frito-Lay campaign commercial for "Rollitos", numerous pet-related radio segments; and is the star of the Amazon Prime reality television series "Pet Doctors of Atlanta".
Most recently, adding to his impressive body of work is being the resident veterinarian for the nationally syndicated TV show, "THE DOCTORS", and star on the international hit television show “Bondi Vet” and “Bondi Vet Coast to Coast”.

Carlesha Crawford | Practice Manager
Carlesha brings nearly two decades of experience in the veterinary medicine field. An Atlanta native and a Georgia State University alumna, she is a dedicated advocate for continuing education and constantly seeks innovative ways to enhance patient care within the veterinary community.
Outside of work, Carlesha enjoys traveling across the country in an RV with her family, embracing new climates and cultures. At home, she is a devoted wife and mother, as well as the proud companion of three dogs and a senior cat.
TK Williams | Veterinary Assistant
TK's life has been intertwined with animals from the very beginning, whether at home or on farms. Their deep love and compassion for animals is a defining trait, one that knows no limits. As a reserved yet determined individual, TK is constantly evolving, driven by their passion for animal welfare. They have a natural ability to connect with pets and wildlife alike, nurturing a bond that goes beyond words. Whether it's caring for a litter of kittens or tending to the needs of farm animals, TK's dedication shines through, spreading love and kindness wherever they go.
Kelsey Peterson | Customer Service Representative
Kelsey is a dedicated and versatile individual currently excelling as a client service representative here at North Springs Animal Clinic. With a passion for aiding others and a drive to gain administrative experience, Kelsey embarked on this role while she is also finishing an undergraduate degree in sociology at Georgia State University. Combining academic pursuits with professional growth, Kelsey efficiently manages front desk operations, ensuring seamless client interactions and optimal pet care experiences.
Beyond the clinic, Kelsey embraces creativity as a content creator, leveraging social platforms to share captivating lifestyle content with an engaged audience. With a commitment to excellence in both administrative duties and creative endeavors, Kelsey embodies a multifaceted approach to professional and personal fulfillment.
