North Springs Animal Clinic is equipped to provide critical care and emergency surgery during regular office hours. Although we have the capabilities to handle emergencies, we are by appointment only.
Please call us prior to arriving at the clinic to discuss the severity of your situation and soonest availability.

Mon, Wed, Fri: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
Tues, Thurs: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
On the occasion that both clinics are closed over the weekend, one of our doctors will answer an emergency number until 9 pm.

When to Bring in Your Pet for Urgent Care
We recommend that you call us immediately if your pet is experiencing any of the following:
- Choking or having difficulty breathing
- Hit by a car or suffered blunt-force trauma of any kind
- Ingested a foreign object such as a toy, sock, or string
- Ingested something poisonous
- Profuse bleeding
- Inability to move or stand
- Unusually warm or cold
- Having a seizure
- Loss of consciousness
- Excessive vomiting and/or severe diarrhea
- Blood in stool
- Unable to pass stool or urinate
